Hope Springs was photographed on a quiet trail in Santa Barbara, where an empty bench and a glimmer of light became symbols of resilience. Inspired by Tang Dynasty poet Wang Wei, the piece reflects on stillness, vulnerability, and the hope that remains even after loss.
