Tomorrow will rise again.

the morning I looked into the blinding sun

where nothing moved but the fire

as it blazed

with a fury—

unkind to all those it met

I held my breath in

gently gulping it like a pill,

wishing

for relief that never came

in those hurried moments

we drove

down our hazy street

I looked up into

today’s tomorrow

hoping we can rise together

again

We are the lucky ones.

In the wake of the devastating fires ravaging Los Angeles County, including the Eaton Fire that directly impacts us and my community, my immediate desire is to help as many people, fellow artists, and neighbors as possible through my art and photography.

I feel very fortunate that I still have a home to return to, while others, including dear friends and neighbors, have lost theirs completely. I recognize that I am just one person that’s trying their best to provide relief, so here’s how you can help:

With each donation, you will receive hand-signed poem card made on premium archival cardstock

Archival Poem Card
$20.00
  • Tomorrow will rise again poem card on archival cardstock

  • Hand signed with artist initials on verso

  • Shipped in a velum envelope

  • A portion of proceeds go toward the Artist Relief Fund to assist on artist expenses, materials and other costs as they arise

As of 5/23/2026, we had successfully donated $4,282 to twenty-two individual artists.

Going forward, 20% of proceeds will be directed to The Eaton Fire Collaboratory.
