Origins (2015-2022) marks the beginning of my photographic practice. Across shifting professional lives, the camera has remained a constant—both a form of quiet refuge and a medium for seeing.

Created in locations around the world, these images capture moments where the everyday slows just enough to reveal something unexpected: a buoy suspended against the vastness of the sea, bougainvillea overtaking abandoned shopping carts, a flamingo poised in soft light.

Each photograph operates as both witness and self-portrait, reflecting a search for meaning within ordinary surroundings. Origins invites viewers to pause—to notice the quiet poetry that often exists just beyond the pace of daily life.
