Dreams: In Motion (2026-present)

Some photographs hold more time than a single frame can carry. Dreams: In Motion takes the infrared landscapes of the Dreams series — images made in a spectrum beyond ordinary sight — and gives them duration, breath, and sound.

Each work begins as a still photograph, then is rendered into a 4K moving image in which the landscape slowly unfolds: leaves pulse, light shifts, the surface of the world reveals a motion it was always holding but the still frame could not release. Found meditative sound accompanies each piece, chosen not to illustrate but to deepen the encounter — to let the viewer stay longer, breathe slower, and arrive somewhere the photograph alone could only gesture toward.

Where the Dreams photographs attend to the natural world, Dreams: In Motion asks what happens when that attention is given time. The work proposes that a landscape seen in stillness and a landscape experienced in duration are not the same place — that something in the seeing changes when we are permitted to remain.

Dreams: In Motion is a series of audiovisual pieces are designed for large-scale, immersive spatial and projection experiences.
