How are the orders packaged?

All of our orders are professionally packaged. Unframed prints come in a sturdy tube. Framed prints are flat-packed and secured.

How long do orders typically take to process and ship?

Shipping is a flat rate charge - globally. We tend to adhere to a 3-5 day processing and shipping timeframe. Deliveries could take up to 2 weeks.


Limited edition prints are produced on demand, so please give us additional time. Anything produced in the studio or already framed can be processed and shipped out sooner.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final unless the item is received damaged.

If your item is damaged, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a replacement for the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

If your order should arrive in less than satisfactory condition, we offer a convenient damage replacement procedure. Simply take a digital photo of the item and one of the shipping containers it arrived in, attach them to an email, and send them to studio@tommylei.com.

Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping ID or item number, and a brief description of the damage. Your request will be processed within 7 days and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production and a return shipping label for the damaged product. To return your item(s) please pack them in the original box.
